YouTube sometimes asks you to sign in to prove you're not a bot. Sign-in doesn't work in the privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com) we use by default. Switch to the regular YouTube player to sign in.

What changes: YouTube will set cookies, and watched videos will appear in your YouTube history and may affect your recommendations. The setting is stored in this browser only, and you can switch back here anytime.
